To start with, the father has been working in the coffee world for 45 years. Huver is
a 36-year-old second-generation coffee grower. In 2015 there was a coffee price
crisis and they were thinking about changing the marketing model. At this time Huver
began to look for new fermentation models to improve quality and be able to sell coffee
at better prices.
In 2019 they managed to standardize all their processes and produce excellent
coffees. And they achieved very consistent coffees over time. They managed to sell
some coffees in the United States, in China, and this year they want to start working
with Belco.
It has been a very long process to understand what fermentation is like in other
